The Province of Our Lady of Guadalupe
The Province of Our Lady of Guadalupe is the North American province of the Holy Cross Benedictines of Adoration (OSBA), an autocephalous idiorrythmic monastic order affiliated with the Holy Celtic Church International. Although many brothers of the Holy Cross Benedictines are also members of or even clergy within the HCCI the OSBA accepts Catholic members of other jurisdictions -- or no jurisdiction -- as well.
The Regional Prior of the Province of Our Lady of Guadalupe is the Right Reverend Dom Sean of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus, who also serves as the Vicar Apostolic of North America for the Holy Celtic Church. For the duration of Dom Sean's present sabbatical those duties have been taken over by His Grace, the Abbot-Founder and Primus. Those interested in entering the Holy Cross Benedictines are encouraged to contact the Abbot-Founder of the OSBA through our main website. North Americans interested in having a Benedictine of Adoration officiate at a wedding, baptism, or similar event are likewise encouraged to contact the Prior directly.
